Payment is expected at time of service. If you need to make financial arrangements, please let the Registration office know prior to your scheduled service so as to avoid any delays on the day of service.

    Referrals/Authorizations - Please ensure that all referrals/authorizations requested by your insurance carrier have been obtained prior to your scheduled service.

    Insurance - As a courtesy to you, we will file your insurance after discharge. Upon admission, you will be asked to pay a deposit to cover any estimated deductible, co-insurance or non-covered charges.

Service Concerns

It is our desire that you be fully satisfied with the service you receive at St. Mark's and the people who deliver it. If you have a concern, we want to resolve it as soon as possible.
